I have completed over 2,200 field assessments with reports that answer the adjuster's question.

My completed assessments include Superstorm Sandy flood (2012), damage cause and origin, construction defect analysis, collapse evaluations, commercial/residential building envelope, commercial and residential roof, foundation crack (settlement) issues, commercial/residential repair recommendations, and sinkhole structural repairs.

I have completed structural analysis, design, detailing, and rehabilitation for new and existing industrial, commercial, educational, and municipal buildings. Design materials include concrete, masonry, steel, light gauge, and wood.

My completed projects include: multiple Memphis Zoo exhibits, TN Governor’s Mansion Conservation Hall ($10M), University of Memphis West Hall Dormitory ($22M), and Smyrna Water Treatment Plant ($30M).

Home Renovation

I have completely remodeled five (5) homes, self-performing most of the work. My work has included complete new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and decks, as well as minor and major repairs to all home systems (roofing, plumbing, electrical, structural, insulation, crawl space encapsulation, siding, and cosmetic).

I believe my hands-on experience in residential construction allows me to provide a unique link between engineering design and real-world application.
